EFA's priorities in environmental funding are:
- the protection and restoration of land and water,
and projects that focus on:
- renewable energy,
- energy conservation,
- and sustainable production and consumption.
The Foundation also funds:
- air quality protection,
- recycling programs,
- the conservation of parks and trails,
- ecological conservation,
- and technical assistance and training for environmental groups, policy-makers, and the public.
