If you are having difficulties, please send us an email including the following information so we can determine how to best assist you:
  • You name, organization name, & phone number
  • Your portal login id and password
  • The exact web address (URL) where the issue occurred
  • The error message you recieved, if any
  • Time & date the issue occurred
  • A screenshot of the error or problem (please see below for instructions on how to capture a screenshot)
Email this information to: and we will respond as soon as we can.
Unfortunately, we are unable to assist you if an incomplete email is sent to us.
Instructions for capturing a screenshot of an issue you experienced:
  1. Make sure that the error message is currently being displayed on your screen
  2. Press the Print Screen button on your keyboard (it is usually located towards the upper right corner)
  3. Open up Microsoft Word or any other word processing software
  4. Once Microsoft Word is open, Select Edit from the top menu and hit "paste." A Print Screen will be pasted onto the page
  5. Save this document and email it to us along with all the additional information
